Dan Lake is an experienced service and property manager with a strong background in community management. Currently serving as Service Manager at Chelsea Management since July 2021, Dan previously held similar positions at PRIDEROCK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, and The Klein Company. Dan's career in property management began with the Scully Company and includes earlier experience as an Assistant Manager at Korman Residential. Dan holds a degree in Business, having studied at Eastern University and Mt. San Antonio College.
