Stephen Yu's work experience began in 2013 when they joined the United States Marine Corps as a Supply Administrative Chief. In this role, they managed assets worth over $50 million in property, conducted quarterly inventories, and ensured policies and documents were filed and followed.

In 2017, Stephen worked at Target as a Flexible Fulfillment Clerk. Their responsibilities included providing customer service, processing and fulfilling online orders, and reporting and disposing damaged goods.

In 2019, Stephen joined Pfizer as a Digital Adoption Intern. Stephen created training content for over 30 Digital Champions in Microsoft Office 365 and reviewed and edited "how-to" documents for collaboration tools. Stephen also developed scripts for video recording to train colleagues.

Most recently, Stephen is employed at Chelsea Lighting. Since 2020, they have worked in various roles including Rotational Development Program - Submittals Coordinator and Rotational Development Program - Project Coordinator.
