Caden Stockwell is a Technology Programs Manager at Chelan County PUD, where responsibilities include portfolio management, project management, and vendor/contract management, as well as leading the development of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and assisting business units in defining operational value streams. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Product Engineer at PA&E from August 2016 to May 2022, managing multiple customer accounts and designing mechanical components. Caden holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Wenatchee Valley College.
