Andrew Frater is currently serving as a Network Fiber Admin II at Chelan County PUD since September 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew amassed extensive experience at NoaNet, progressing from a Network Operations Technician I to NOC Lead Analyst between June 2017 and September 2024. Andrew's early career includes an internship as a Cisco Networking Intern at Community Colleges of Spokane from September 2015 to December 2016. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management/Cyber Security from Central Washington University, earned between January 2017 and December 2019, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Community Colleges of Spokane from 2014 to 2016. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Mead Senior High School, completed in 2008.
