Mudita Lionheart currently serves as the Head of Student and Alumni Community at Chegg Inc., leveraging extensive experience in forging strategic partnerships and enhancing student engagement. Mudita's previous roles at Chegg include Employer Partnerships Manager, where focus lay on aligning workforce needs with educational programs, and UX/UI Academic Success Manager, guiding over 300 design students toward academic success. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Discovery Map International as a Business Development Leader and Franchise Owner, and at Westwood College as a Corporate Trainer, where impactful training programs significantly boosted organizational performance. Mudita holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and History from the University of Delaware.
