Juan Cruz is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Cayo Largo, Puerto Rico since January 2023, Juan also operates Chef Consultant Cruz Inc., a consultancy specializing in Nuevo Latino and Pan-Asian cuisine since November 2010. Juan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from The Culinary Institute of America (1995-1999) and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the same institution (1994-1998).
