Guilherme Souza is currently a Product Manager at Cheesecake Labs. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Product Development at V4 Company from July 2021 to March 2022. While at V4 Company, they were responsible for designing and creating the products department from scratch, implementing agile methodologies, and leading a team of 28 people. Guilherme also drove product development for V4 Bank, a digital solution that provides credit to small and medium-sized businesses, and helped define, guide, and prioritize a product strategy for V4 Cloud, an operating system based on the V4 Company methodology.

Guilherme Souza has a Master of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Master of Business Administration from Faculdade Unyleya, and a Journalism degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Guilherme is also certified as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
