Seth Hazleton has a diverse work experience. Seth worked at Cheers from September 2018 to December 2020, initially starting as a Manager of Finance & Analytics and then promoted to Director of Finance and Operations. In January 2021, they became the Vice President of Operations at Cheers. Prior to Cheers, Seth worked at PGIM Fixed Income from July 2014 to April 2018. Seth started as an Investment Analyst and later became an Analyst.

Seth Hazleton attended Princeton University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering (BSE) degree. Their field of study at Princeton was Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
