Naim Mahfoud possesses extensive experience in financial management and internal controls, currently serving as Internal Control Manager and Chief Accountant at Chedid Re since July 2013, where responsibilities include designing financial control procedures and leading complex accounting projects. Previously, Naim held the position of General Accountant at GUARDIAN INSURANCE BROKERS L.L.C. from October 2008 to June 2013, focusing on financial analysis, resource optimization, and report generation for senior management. Earlier in the career, Naim worked as Operations Manager at Sewar Services Company from August 2005 to February 2008, overseeing financial management and budgeting processes. Naim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Insurance, and Banking from Damascus University, completed in 2007.
