Johan Ludde Wessén is an experienced professional in data science, optimization, and autonomous systems, currently serving as Lead Developer for VPP optimization at CheckWatt since August 2023. Wessén holds multiple roles at Optima Planta, including Senior Advisor and CTO in Optimization and Data Science, and has been an Industrial PhD student at KTH Royal Institute of Technology since August 2016. Additionally, Wessén has contributed to the WASP initiative and has a background in industrial research at ABB, focusing on discrete event systems, machine learning, and path planning for autonomous robots.
