Sean Webster has worked in the medical industry since 1992. Theirfirst role was as a Hospital Sales Representative for Specialty Healthcare. Sean then worked as a Hospital Sales Representative for Venodyne/Microtek Medical from 1995 to 1997. In 1997, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Microtek Medical. In 2001, they became the General Manager for Microtek Medical/Venodyne. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Regional Manager for GameReady. In 2007, they were promoted to Executive Sales Representative for Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. In 2016, they became an Institutional Account Manager for Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. In 2017, they were promoted to Biosurgery Business Manager for Mallinckrodt, where they were responsible for the promotion of three new products and managed new product process for several large hospital systems. In 2018, they moved to Medtronic as an Advanced Ablation Manager. Theircurrent role is Regional Business Director/Territory Business Manager for Checkpoint Surgical, which they began in 2019.

Sean Webster attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
