Bright Ocansey has a diverse work experience in the field of payment solutions. Bright started their career in 2007 at First Data Corporation, where they held several roles including Technical Product Specialist, POS Technical Analyst, and Project Analyst. In these positions, they handled tasks such as developing and integrating eCommerce solutions, ensuring compliance with payment gateway standards, and coordinating resources for product testing.

In 2017, Bright joined Fiserv as a Solutions Consultant, where they worked with global enterprise clients to understand their payment needs and provide solutions using the Global Business Solutions technology stack. Bright also supported sales efforts and documented client requirements for solution design.

Currently, Bright is a Senior Manager Implementation Engineering at Checkout.com, a company they joined in 2022.

Bright Ocansey obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Westminster, where they studied from 2004 to 2005. Furthermore, they obtained two additional certifications in the field of cloud computing: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate also from AWS in November 2020. Additionally, they hold a certification in PRINCE2, however, the institution and the specific dates of achievement for this certification are not provided.
