Oleg Fleshler has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Oleg started their career at NetXchange in 1995 and worked there as a software engineer until 1998. Oleg then joined NetManage as a software engineer, where they developed various products and worked on projects related to network purposes. In 2000, Oleg joined Elbit Systems Ltd as a software engineer until 2006. During this time, they also worked as an experienced software engineer at EZchip from 2006 to 2016. After that, they served as a senior software engineer at Iron Buzz from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Oleg joined iMDsoft as a Tier 4 Global Support Developer and continued in the same role until 2019. Currently, they are working at Checkmarx also as a Tier 4 Global Support Developer.

Oleg Fleshler pursued their education in the field of engineering. From 1986 to 1990, they attended Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Afterward, from 1991 to 1995, Oleg attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Oleg also completed a course on The Software Development Process, although the institution and the year of completion are not specified.
