Christopher Sissons has a strong background in corporate legal functions, with experience spanning various industries. Christopher most recently served as the Legal Counsel for North America at Checkmarx. Prior to that, they were the Assistant General Counsel at Virgin Pulse. Christopher has also held the position of General Counsel at Empirix and provided legal support as the Legal Counsel for the Americas at ClickSoftware. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Counsel at Progress Software and a Legal Counsel at Nuance Communications. Additionally, Christopher has experience as the Manager of Contract Negotiations at SkillSoft. Before entering the corporate world, they ran their own law office, focusing on business law with various concentrations. Christopher has also worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Razorfish and as a Corporate Counsel at Wang Global. Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in negotiating and managing complex agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate policies, and providing strategic legal counsel in support of business objectives.

Christopher Sissons completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Bridgewater State University from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued their legal education at Suffolk University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 1993 to 1996.
