Michael Haas currently serves as a Program Manager and Coach at Check-6 since May 2018, providing strategic advice to Chevron field leadership and enhancing operational excellence initiatives. Prior experience includes mentoring CEO-level leaders as Integrated Air and Missile Defense Module Head at Tactical Training Group Atlantic, managing complex air operations for Carrier Strike Group 9, and directing strategic communications for over 150 personnel at the United States Strategic Command. Haas has demonstrated expertise in operations management within military aviation, having held roles such as Operations Officer and Safety Officer for VF/VFA-213, as well as training student pilots at VF-101. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in History, Haas's extensive career is marked by a focus on leadership, training, and operational success across various high-stakes environments.
