Itzel Saucedo is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the e-commerce and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Cheaf since August 2023, Itzel previously held roles including Country Manager at Kitchenita and various senior management positions at Rappi, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, training, and optimizing onboarding processes for restaurants in Latin America.
