Jeffrey Hugues serves as the Regional Director of Operations and Clinical Educator at Senior Care Therapy since March 2022, with responsibilities that include overseeing clinical services, conducting new hire orientations, providing HIPAA training, supporting clinicians in various administrative aspects, and ensuring compliance and quality assurance. Prior to this role, Jeffrey founded Positive Change Counseling LLC in February 2012, where psychotherapy services were offered to assist individuals facing life’s challenges. Jeffrey's earlier experience includes working as a therapist at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services from February 2008 to March 2010, providing psychotherapy to diverse populations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Kean University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
