Mike Testa has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Currently, they are serving as the President/CEO at Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Home Care and Hospice Services at RiverStone Health from March 2021 to July 2022. Mike also worked as a Senior Director at the same company from October 2018 to March 2021. Before joining RiverStone Health, Mike served as a Lean Six Sigma Manager from June 2013 to October 2018.

Earlier in their career, they worked at GE Capital, where they held the position of Operations Team Lead from June 2012 to June 2013, and was a Bank Compliance Specialist from August 2010 to June 2012.

Mike's work experience also includes a role as a Program Manager at A New Leaf from February 2010 to August 2010 and as an Assistant Head of School at St. Paul's Preparatory Academy from August 2001 to February 2010.

Mike Testa has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Mike also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fitchburg State University. Mike has additional certifications in Design for Six Sigma Blue Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Avior Group.
