Richard Milner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Group CEO of Chaucer Group since April 2024, Richard previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer for AIUk & AMAL and Senior Managing Director at Aspen Re International from February 2020 to April 2024. Richard also served as CEO of VIBE Re at Vibe Syndicate Management Ltd from December 2018 to February 2020 and held various senior roles at AXIS Capital from 2006 to 2018, including President & CUO for both AXIS Re London & APAC and AXIS Re Asia Pacific. Earlier career highlights include positions at PXRE Reinsurance Ltd and Faraday Syndicate. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Bristol, completed between 1992 and 1995.
