Zoe Garrett, CCXP has a wealth of work experience. Zoe began their career in 2005 as a Sales Assistant at Boots UK. In 2008, they moved to the NHS where they worked as a Medical Receptionist. In 2011, they became a Training Coordinator at Armada - Training. In 2014, they were an Account Manager at Dynistics. In 2015, they were a Project Manager at InMoment. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Rant & Rave, first as an Account Manager and then as a Customer Success Manager. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were a Customer Success Consultant and then Head of Customer Success at Digivante.
Zoe Garrett, CCXP has a Bachelor of Arts (1st honours) in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University, which they earned in 2011. Prior to that, they earned an HND in Business and Management from Solihull College in 2010.
