Mikhail Dubov is the Founder and CEO of Chattermill, a position held since March 2015, focusing on enabling businesses to enhance customer engagement through advanced AI technologies. Prior experience includes roles as a Cohort Member and Startup Founder at Entrepreneur First and as a Freelance Ruby on Rails Developer for Rentecarlo and VoiceCandy. Mikhail previously worked as a Software Engineer at AlphaSights and gained insights into financial modeling and KPI monitoring as an Analyst at Swoon Editions. A former Risk Analyst at Citi, Mikhail began a career in writing as an Economic Columnist for Slon.ru. Mikhail's foundational education includes a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Risk and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
