Eleanor Fell has held a variety of positions in the hospitality and marketing industries. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Waitress at The Watermill Theatre and a Bar Waitress at Jacobs Antiques Centre. In 2014, they were a Print Worker at Clere Design | Print | Web. In 2020, they were a Bartenter and Waitress at John O' Gaunt Hungerford Pub. In 2021, they held a Marketing And Public Relations Intern role at Honesty Group for one week. Most recently, they have been a Customer Experience Specialist at Chattermill since 2022.

Eleanor Fell attended St. Bartholomew's School from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained A Levels in Economics, Psychology, and Biology. Prior to that, they obtained GCSEs from St. Bartholomew's School. Currently, they are attending Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and is pursuing a degree in Business Management (marketing) within the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
