Tom Johnson has work experience spanning from 2012 to 2023. Most recently, they have served as the CEO of Chatterbug since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Chatterbug, starting as an Entrepreneur in Residence from October 2017 to January 2019, followed by roles as Business Operations Manager, Project Lead / General Manager - Streams, and Head of Operations. Before their time at Chatterbug, Tom had internships and placements at noisy Musicworld GmbH, EGGER, and EGGER, where they gained experience in business and project management.

Tom Johnson attended Newcastle University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree in International Business Management and German.
