David Blair's work experience includes being the Chief Marketing Officer at Chattanooga Tourism Co. from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Variable, Inc. where they held roles such as Director of Products and Director of Marketing from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked at McKee Foods Corporation where they held positions including Marketing - Head of Digital & Social and Marketing Technology Development from 2011 to 2020. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Marketing Technology Innovation Strategist at Jumpstart Management Group Inc. and from 2004 to 2007, they were the President/Owner of Haven Incorporated.

David Blair has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Bryan College. David also completed executive education at Columbia Business School. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bryan College, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Technology.
