Xavier Elbaz currently serves as the Maire de Villedieu-sur-Indre, with additional leadership roles as Président of CDG36 and the Syndicat de Golf de Châteauroux-Villedieu, along with serving as Premier vice-président of the Communauté de communes Val de l’Indre-Brenne. Since June 2014, Xavier has held the position of Directeur de Cabinet du Maire de Châteauroux and continues to provide political and digital advice, manage sensitive files, and oversee the Cabinet's operations. Previous experience includes serving as Chargé de mission at Boury Tallon & Associés and Director of the 2012 legislative campaign for the constituency of French citizens abroad in North America. Educational background includes studies at Université de Poitiers and the Centre d'Etudes supérieures de Châteauroux, alongside a Baccalauréat in Literature and Advanced English from Lycée Jean Giraudoux.
