Laura Pires currently serves as Chargée de mission Transition écologique at Châteauroux Métropole, leading ecological transition projects across 14 municipalities to address climate change. From September 2018 to June 2023, Laura Pires held the position of Directrice de la Responsabilité Sociale et Environnementale (RSE) at Franprix, and prior to that, from January 2014 to December 2017, Laura Pires was the CSR and Social Investment Director at GPA - Grupo Pão de Açúcar, where Laura established the CSR department and advanced significant sustainability initiatives. Laura Pires also has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility within Groupe Casino, having worked as a CSR and Sustainability Manager and a Corporate Social Responsibility Project Manager. Earlier in Laura Pires' career, Laura held assistant brand manager roles at Danone and other companies and completed a Master of Management at emlyon business school. Laura holds additional qualifications from COPPEAD UFRJ and Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
