Jason Sweet is an experienced restaurant management professional with a solid background in leading operations and enhancing performance in various dining establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at Chateau Restaurant since September 2019, Jason previously held the General Manager position at Beerworks from 2018 to September 2019, where a fun and friendly atmosphere was cultivated across seven locations. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Food and Beverage at Holiday Inn, overseeing two restaurants and extensive banquet space while ensuring branding standards were met. Jason's tenure at Chateau Restaurant from 2010 to 2018 included roles as Regional Manager and General Manager, where significant operational turnarounds and sales growth were achieved. Jason holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has further education from Anna Maria College.
