Leigh Dollard-Robertson is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Chateau Marmont since 2023. Previously held roles include Maitre d’ and Sommelier, Owner of Montana General, and Founder and President of the Board for Philipsburg Food Share, a non-profit dedicated to providing affordable fresh produce to rural communities. Leigh made significant contributions as Food & Beverage Manager and Sommelier at The Ranch at Rock Creek and was involved with the opening team at EMM Group. Earlier experience includes Maitre D' at SUSHISAMBA GROUP LIMITED. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hunter College, completed in 2009.
