Ellie Rothfork is currently a Beer Sales Representative at Bernick's, a position held since June 2023, having previously worked as an Account Merchandizer at PepsiCo from January 2023 to June 2023. Prior to this, Ellie held a role as a Merchandiser at Bernick's from July 2018 to January 2023 and gained experience as a Screen Printing Assistant at Henrys Embroidery from May 2016 to May 2018. Ellie is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design at the University of Minnesota, with an expected graduation date of May 2024.
