Julia Devine is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Chartwells Universities since July 2022, Julia facilitates hiring events and manages candidate applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Aramark and Human Resources Assistant at Flynn Group of Companies, where Julia engaged diverse candidates and supported full life-cycle recruitment. Additional roles include Human Resources Office Administrator at Aramark, Research Assistant at the Carlson School of Management, and mentorship at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Julia holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota.
