Stacey Bailey is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the energy and insurance industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Chartwell, Inc. since August 2016, Stacey oversees research, product development, and member engagement for an information services firm that supports utilities in navigating challenges such as digital transformation and customer engagement. Previous roles include Executive Director of Digital Utility at Energy Central and multiple positions at Chartwell, including Senior Director of Research and Analytics, where Stacey led the development of membership products for electric and gas utilities. Earlier in the career, Stacey worked at Allconnect and Allstate Insurance Company, focusing on product management, data analytics, and strategic initiatives. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University and an MBA from Georgia State University, along with various professional certifications.
