Sally Wong-Vilchez holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Ryerson University and a Project Management Certificate from Sheridan College. Currently serving as Director of Benefits Administration at Chartwell Retirement Residences since January 2022, Sally oversees the administration of over 300 group benefit plans and 100 retirement plans while providing training to ensure efficient employee enrollments. Prior experience includes roles as Benefits Supervisor at Peel District School Board, Benefits Analyst at Canada Bread Company, Limited, Senior Benefits Specialist at The Hospital for Sick Children, and various positions in benefits administration at ADP and A.P. Moller - Maersk, among others. Sally possesses extensive experience in benefits program management, compliance, system integration, and stakeholder communication, contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced employee benefits understanding across diverse organizations.
