Oliver Jolley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Group Chief Development Officer at Chartway Partnerships Group since November 2021. With a strong background in land and new business development, Oliver has held various leadership roles, including Group Land & New Business Director and Group Land Director at the same company. Prior to Chartway, Oliver worked at CALA Group Limited in multiple land management positions from May 2016 to November 2021, and at St George PLC as a Land Graduate, focusing on development land viability and land acquisition processes. Additional early career experience includes roles at Neilson Active Holidays as a Ski Representative, Oakbay Renovations as an Apprentice General Builder, and Commando Elite Paintball as Site Manager. Oliver holds a BSc (Hons) in Planning and Property Development from Kingston University and completed A-level studies in Economics, Business, Politics, and Geography at Kimbolton School.
