LaVada Coulter has a long work experience in various roles. LaVada started working in 2011 as a Collections Specialist at Storage Express. In 2014, they moved to Eagle Financial Services and worked as an Assistant Manager. In 2019, they joined Faurecia as a Production Control & Logistics Apprentice. In 2021, they became an Operations Support Coordinator at Whip Mix Corporation. Currently, they are working as a Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator at CharterUP since 2022.

LaVada Coulter has a diverse education history. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, & Humanities. In 2008, they were awarded an Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, & Humanities Honors Diploma. In 2012, they obtained a MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification from Microsoft. In 2016, they obtained Indiana and Kentucky Life & Health Insurance Licensing certifications from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). From 2018 to 2021, they attended Indiana University Southeast, where they earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and one in Accounting. In 2020, they obtained an Open Water Diver certification from PADI.
