Kaitlyn Welden has a wealth of experience in customer success, speech language pathology, and education. In 2022, they began working as an L2 Customer Success Account Manager and Customer Success Account Manager at CharterUP, a company disrupting large-scale transportation and mobility. From 2021 to 2018, they were a Speech Language Pathologist at DeKalb County School District and Jeffco Public Schools in Colorado. From 2014 to 2013, they worked as a Site Coordinator/Regional Site Coordinator at Reading Partners and a Corps Member at City Year.

Kaitlyn Welden obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, Creative Writing from the College of Charleston in 2013. Kaitlyn then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Speech and Language Pathology at the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed in 2018.
