Chris LeCompte has a wide range of work experience in the professional world. In 2021, they began their role as Head of Talent Acquisition at CharterUP, a remote-first company with the option for hybrid work in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, & Austin. From 2018-2021, they were a Consultant and Associate at Addison Group, assisting Accounting & Finance professionals in the Washington D.C. Metro area. In 2015, they were a Regulatory Compliance Intern at KPMG, gaining experience in a professional environment with the Government Contracting Services team. Lastly, from 2014-2015, they were a Customer Service Specialist and Team Lead at the University of Maryland's Office of Career Services, leading a team to plan and run events for partner firms.

Chris LeCompte obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland and the Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2012 and 2016.
