Shirley Barrett is the Interim Head of Department at Ulster University. Shirley has extensive experience in managing and leading people, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Shirley also serves as a Course Director for MSc Management and is involved in various university committees and projects. Additionally, Shirley holds various roles in other organizations such as External Examiner at Munster Technological University and Certified Management & Business Educator at Chartered Association of Business Schools. Shirley holds a DPhil (PhD) in Transformational Leadership and has a background in Hotel and Tourism Management.
