Mary Hartwig has over 25 years of experience in customer service and billing, currently serving as a Customer Service Account Representative at Charter Steel since April 1998. Prior to this role, Mary worked at GTE as a Billing and Collection Specialist for 21 years. Mary holds an Associate degree in Marketing with a focus on business to business from MATC Mequon, where studies were completed between 1996 and 1998.
