Chad Hendrickson has extensive experience in marketing and product management roles. Chad began their career as a Product Manager at ORBIS Corporation, where they revitalized a mature product line and entered the South American market. Chad then moved to Newell Rubbermaid, where they held various roles including Sales & Marketing Manager, Channel Marketing/Brand Manager, and Product Manager. Chad led strategic initiatives and managed teams while overseeing brands such as Sharpie, Parker, and Waterman. After that, Hendrickson joined Guaranty Bank FSB as Vice President of Retail Marketing and later became the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. Chad led marketing teams, managed budgets, and implemented brand updates. Chad'snext position was at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they served as a Global Product Portfolio Manager and led cross-functional teams in product planning, strategy, and innovation. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing at Charter Steel.
Chad Hendrickson completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Marquette University in 2014. Prior to that, they participated in an Executive Education program for Product Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, though the duration of this program is not specified. Chad obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing, Management, and HR-Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they attended from 1992 to 1997.
