Joe Kocer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President at Charter Mechanical Contractors, Inc. since July 2008. Prior roles at the same company include Operations Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Before joining the civilian workforce, Joe Kocer served in the US Army from May 2003 to May 2008, achieving the rank of Infantry Officer and fulfilling multiple leadership roles, including Battalion Assistant Operations Officer and Reconnaissance Platoon Leader during a 19-month combat tour in Iraq. Joe Kocer holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned in 2003.
