Robert Biddle currently serves as Board President at Aaron's Acres since January 2023 and has been the Manager of Financial Operations at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods since June 2013. In this role, Robert oversees Pro-Forma modeling for prospective subdivisions, conducts P&L analysis, manages project budgets, and handles financing structures and relationships. Previously, Robert worked as a Senior Finance Associate at T.H. Properties from June 2004 to June 2013, focusing on project analysis and financing. Robert began a career in finance as an intern at Wadell & Reed in 2003, assisting with data analysis and client presentations. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Penn State University, completed in 2004.
