Deborah Witwer has extensive experience in education and finance, currently serving as the Assistant to the CFO at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods since January 2001. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Director at Highland Afterschool Program from 1999 to 2000, and worked as a Third Grade Teacher at Grandview Heights Christian Academy from 1994 to 1999. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, completing the program from 1989 to 1992.
