Michelle Clarke

Michelle Clarke has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Michelle is currently the Head of Marketing - Industrial & Logistics at Charter Hall, where they are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Michelle also led a team of marketing professionals and focused on customer acquisition and delivering strong returns to investors.

Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at John Holland as the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience and the Head of Brand & Marketing. During their time there, they oversaw a successful national corporate rebrand and developed and implemented marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Michelle also managed a marketing and creative design team and won the "Team of the Year" award for their team's achievements.

Before John Holland, Michelle served as the Marketing Director at Goodman, where they played a key role in creating an industry-leading brand in Australia's industrial property sector. Michelle managed the rebranding of a large portfolio acquisition, introduced a successful loyalty campaign, and developed marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention strategies. Michelle also contributed to strategic digital and campaign marketing initiatives at a global level.

Michelle's earlier experience includes roles at Westpac, WSN Environmental Solutions, and Laing & Simmons Corporation, where they gained further experience in change communications, marketing, and communications.

In addition to their professional roles, Michelle is a committee member of Women in Industrial (WiN), where they contribute to promoting and supporting women in the industrial sector.

Michelle Clarke obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Macquarie University, which they pursued from 1998 to 2001. Furthermore, in 2013, they acquired a Certificate in Digital Marketing Essentials from ADMA.
