Brian Strong is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Charter Dura-Bar since January 2022, where responsibilities include multi-site management in metals processing and distribution. Previously, Brian held the position of Plant Manager at Charter Automotive, overseeing a high-volume Tier II/III automotive component manufacturing site. Prior experience includes roles at Kemper Valve & Fittings Corp. as Facility Manager, managing operational excellence and strategy across two factories, and at Caterpillar Inc., where Brian progressed through various managerial positions focused on manufacturing engineering, operational excellence, and process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies. Brian holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University and has additional education from Bradley University.
