Mike Brown is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in M&A advisory. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at Charter Capital Partners since July 2012, Mike has previously held roles as Managing Director and Director within the same firm, which specializes in providing sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise services for businesses with revenues between $10 million and $200 million. Prior to Charter Capital Partners, Mike was Vice President at Macquarie Group from October 2005 to June 2012, and an Analyst at Altamar Capital for a brief period in 2004. Early career experiences include serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at New Century Bank from August 2002 to October 2004. Mike holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Economics, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
