Bernard Steadman is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Information Technology Manager (EU) and Senior IT Architect at Chart Industries, Inc. since September 2012, Bernard oversees first and second line support for IT hardware in the European region. Prior roles include Project Manager at Capgemini Consulting, IT Consultant at ACT IT Consulting & Services AG, and Network Administrator at the UK Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities included managing military IT networks and leading projects to integrate new technologies. Bernard's foundational experience in telecommunications began as a 1st and 2nd line engineer and later as a Training Manager. Bernard holds a Higher National Certificate in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Army Apprentices College.
