Patcharika Monjaiang currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. since October 2022 and holds the position of Head of Strategy in the Human Resources Office. Prior to this role, Patcharika was an HR Manager at abrdn from March 2020 to October 2022 and served as an Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Generalist at Citibank, N.A. from August 2010 to February 2020. Patcharika earned a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Newcastle University in 2006.
