Pamela Ortega currently serves as a Production Analyst at Charm Sciences, Inc., since August 2023, while also working as a Front Desk Receptionist at Brookline Dental Center since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Lead Sales Associate at UPS from October 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities involved managing sales, processing shipping packages, and utilizing manifesting software to enhance in-store sales. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from UMass Boston.
