Tyler St Germaine has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2022, they have held various roles in academia and industry. In 2011, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Arizona. In 2012, they were an Undergraduate Research Intern at Cornell University. In 2013, they were a Research Associate at the University of Arizona, where they performed degradation studies of solar panels and took measurements of atomic polarizability. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Harvard University, first as a Doctoral Student and then as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Lastly, they are currently a Senior Software Engineer at Charm Industrial.

Tyler St Germaine has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from Harvard University, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Arizona in 2013.
