Zahra Saghafi is a graduate teaching assistant at the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, focusing on strategic management and project management, among other subjects. Additionally, Zahra serves as a research assistant at the Arrell Food Institute and holds a scholarship position with Charm Diamond Centres. Previous experience includes roles as a sales associate at Solico Group and a senior research and development specialist for frozen whipping cream, where responsibilities involved product development and ingredient sourcing. Zahra also worked as a food science and industry pilot plant technician at the National Nutrition and Food Technology Research Institute, utilizing various analytical instruments for quality analysis.
